  2. I must be checking you out too early because the last two posts weren't there the last time I looked. I love the wee hours too (it's 4:52am right now), but I can't eat for at least an hour after I get up due to medication. That's probably a good thing.

    This time of year is hard to stay on track no matter what. I'm not aiming to lose weight, but to practice making better choices and maintain where I am. Once January comes and the parties and family gatherings are done with, I can concentrate on actually dropping weight.

    Yay, Barbados!!! What do you do there? Do you spend time walking? Your visit home may be a good boost to your activity levels!
