Day 88

Had another great food, exercise and water day. That makes 5.

240 g yogurt
1/2 liter H2O

120g tofu
30g w.g
240g salad
1 tbls. dressing
1/2 liter H2O

D
120g fish
120 beets
360g salad
1 tbls oil
2 tbls. dressing
1/2 liter H2O

Water: 1 1/2 liters
Exercise: 30 min elliptical trainer
