Exercise - 30 minutes on the elliptical trainer

  1. Hmmm ,seaweed nuts don't think Iv'e ever heard of them without meaning to sound dumb what are they?

    Also your comment on the bloated feeling with your over consumption of carbs, I felt the same as you when I was restricitng them.
