Today begin's Livy's Three Week Weight Loss Challenge. I am off to a good start having done an hour on the elliptical trainer this morning, which made drinking my water very easy indeed. I decided to focus my goals on sticking to healthy habits rather than on losing a specific number of kilos. I figure if I make healthy choices consistently, I'll be happy with the outcome whatever it is.

Hello my dear girl! Well done on day 1! Do you break your time on the elliptical up into 2? Like, I do 2 sets on my cardio days, so 2 sets of 20-30 minutes. This makes it much easier. There is no WAY I could do an hour at once.
