Day 154

I weighed in yesterday, for Livy's Challenge and I've lost 1 kilo. To be clear, that's one kilo over the week which is also 1 kilo for the month because my monthly weigh day was today. I am not thrilled with my month's work, but that's what I get for inconsistently exercising for most of the month.

Livy has now extended her challenge until Christmas, which will give me the added incentive I need over the next three weeks to keep on track with my food and exercise.

  1. Like me, once you get your exercise back on track, you'll start losing again. I think my eating is actually pretty good for the most part. I'm not doing anything "formal", but working on being a thoughtful eater - weighing each thing in my mind before putting it in my mouth.

Re Your Comment: I wish I could get Matt back. He was a godsend. Unfortunately, he has a job and I have a boss that was looking at me cross-ways because the only time we could fit in was actually during the work day. Matt's got other clients during my free time, and since they pay full ride, I'm not going to pull him away from them. He needs every penny he can get. However, he did teach me and I need to start following some of the ideas and exercises that he started for me. Just have to get off my lazy butt and DO IT! First of December - off my butt. But right now, I'm cramming to get this novel written by the 30th. That is taking much of my time at the moment.

  5. You must not take away the pleasure of a loss with negativity Nona. You won the first week of my challenge, and this is nothing to sneeze at! However, it's time to fasten your seatbelt now girl, as my MOJO IS BACK. I worked out today and prepared all my meals for the week. Last time I did this I lost 10kgs so LOOK OUT!! My goal is 52kgs.
I want you to know that I am here for you till the end Nona. If this takes us 5 years to achieve, then so be it. At least we will have fun along the way and not be doing it alone!!
I LOVE your new look blog!
