Day 106

As I'm using the GA food plan, I won't be counting calories for a while, though after so many months of counting I have a good idea of how many calories the foods I'll be eating contain.

    I am renewing my committment to slimming down as well. I have finally had to give up the idea of continuing KenPo, which is a very "hard" style and go with a softer one like Tai Chi or Qi Gong. My knees just can't take the twisty movements I've gotten to in KenPo.

    While I love the holiday season, I'm very glad it's over! I need my regular routine!

  2. I had a look into Greysheets, they are not here in Australia. I hope it goes well for you.

    Your pedometer sounds like the Rolls Royce version. My pedometer is VERY sensitive to any movement,it's so sensitve it would record a fart as a step! ha ha ha
